Created and managed a marketing department for the largest division of a $2 billion group resulting from the acquisition of several family businesses. This included creating a corporate identity, implementing an effective sales reporting system to put an end to internal competition and to increase margins, developing a competitive watch, representing the group on the board of trade associations and developing a service-based culture which resulted in market share gains of 5 to 7% in highly competitive markets (Germany, Italy, Korea, China, etc.)
